At Ottavio Eyewear, we believe you deserve eyewear that perfectly meets your expectations. That’s why we offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t just right, we’ll exchange it or refund it promptly.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for cash-on-delivery orders, whether purchased online or in stores.
Returns are not applicable on discounted items. However, exchanges are applicable on all products.

In rare cases where reverse pick-up is unavailable via our courier partners, we’ll guide you through the self-courier process.

What should I do if reverse pick-up isn’t available?
Ensure that the original packaging, invoice, and price tags are intact. Once your return or exchange is confirmed:
- Address your package to Ottavio Returns - [Warehouse Address].
- Seal the package securely and courier it back to us.
- Upon receipt, you may opt for an exchange, and we will refund the courier charges (up to CHF 10).

Can I get a refund for an exchange with a lower-value item?
No, we are unable to refund the difference for exchanges with lower-value items, so please choose wisely.

How long does the exchange process take?
Exchanges are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days after we receive your returned product.
Terms & Conditions:
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original condition. Items with scratches, wear and tear, or damage will not be accepted.
- For glasses with progressive lenses, the return or exchange period is extended to 30 days to allow for adjustment.
- Discounted or sale items are only eligible for exchanges, not returns.
- In cases of Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) promotions, only a single product can be exchanged; returns are not allowed.
- Eyewear cases are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

Lens Warranty (up to 1 year):
- Lens coating peel-off
- Spots on the lens
Frame Warranty (up to 6 months):
- Frame discoloration or coating peel-off
- Corrosion on frames
Warranty Exclusions:
- Frame breakage (temples, hinges, nose bridge)
- Lens cracks, chipping, or scratches
- Fitment or size-related issues (covered under the 14-day return policy)
- Wear and tear, including misalignment or loose screws
How to Claim Warranty:
Email support@ottavioeyewear.com with 3-4 clear pictures of the product, along with your order ID and contact details. Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
For repairable issues, customers can visit a nearby Ottavio Eyewear store for free repair services (not covered under warranty).
